•          7+ years of J2EE

•          STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH SPRING, STRUTS, HIBERNATE IS REQUIRED

•          Design, code, and test technical solutions

•          Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards

•          Understand advanced relational database concepts, and assist in database design  (MySql and Oracle)

•          Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
