Must Have Skills:

#1.IBM Websphere Portal v7 Developer & Administrator with knowledge in installation,
configuration, clustering, performance tuning, deploying portlets/ pages,
setting up ACL's for portal pages
#2. Configuring Portal with LDAP, prefer Novell eDirectory
#3. Portal Development using RAD for portal to program JSR 268 compliant portlets

#4. J2EE and related technologies
