Role Description:
The client is in the process of rolling out Salesforce.com (SFDC) to support their SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) business. This role requires migrating data

from the legacy sales and service delivery workflow application to Salesforce.com. The migration will be a phased roll out by market and require the following

responsibilities of the Salesforce.com developer; SFDC experience is being identified as such a core component of the role (tweaking Apex triggers, managing the

data loader for better performance, helping with data synchronization). Candidate must know the Data Loader in SFDC; how to optimize it, how to tweak Apex

triggers that fire during data loading, etc.
Developing Apex classes and triggers.
Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization and custom development on the Force.com platform (i.e. APIs, APEX &Visualforce).
Experience with Oracle database design and ETL data extraction.
Salesforce.com Data Loader.
Prepare and maintain the "Customized ETL" (Extract, Transform, and Load)/data migration process from Java via ETL to Salesforce.com (SFDC- target source).
Required Technical Skills: Salesforce.com (SFDC), APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle.
Preferred Skills: Java, ETL
