Position: Systems Analyst Specialist
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 1 year, 3 weeks (Contract)
Rate: Negotiable

Qualifications:

• Systems Analyst with in depth knowledge of ASP.Net, SQL Server, XML, SOA, Distributed Computing, Web Services, .NET, C#, HTML, XML, SQL. IIS, WCF, WPF, Web Services/SOAP, JavaScript, SQL Server, Oracle and Active Directory.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• The ability to work collectively with software engineers, architects and managers.
• Expertise in writing technical documents, ability to design via prototyping is a strong plus. 
• Skilled in conducting requirements analysis meetings, design sessions and developer walkthroughs.
• The ability to work with end users and clients
• Extensive experience designing and developing technical specifications for web applications in .NET
• Leadership and problem solving capabilities  
  

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a team to analyze and design requirements for the development and implementation of a new .net web application.
• The application will be developed and released in several phases over the next year.  
  

Education

• Bachelors preferred
