{Ajax-DOT-NET-FAQ} ( Job ) Senior Business Technical Specialist with ANSI X12 834 transactions.- MI

Hi,

Client is looking for a Senior Tech Specialist for a 6+ months contract in MI.

ROLE:
The resource will be working on the HealthCare Reform project. The
resource will need experience with membership enrollment and claim
experience along with project management experience. The resource will
be responsible for coordinating specific changes according to the
HealthCare Reform rules. The resource will meet with the business and
create BRD's and tech designs. The resource will need background with
ANSI X12 834 transactions.
The resource will be trained in MetaVance and will help develop a
training process for new resources.

DESCRIPTION:
• Must have experience with coordinating and delivering large projects
• Strong business analytical background that is familiar with
health care and membership systems
• Good at gathering and documenting requirements (experience
with JAD sessions and impact analysis)
• Experience with writing detailed design documentation
• Experience in writing process documentation
• Create test environments at different levels and uses existing
test files or creates new test files to evaluate code functionality
• Evaluate results against specifications and logs defects.
Report results of unit testing to project team
• Project Management experience is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Knowledge of Individual Business Practices and ASC Customers
• Knowledge of NASCO Membership system, especially the enrollment process
• Knowledge of NPS eligibility processing
• Knowledge of MetaVance is a plus
• Must be able to read and understand technical and functional
requirements documents
• Must be familiar with creating application design
specification documents from which code will be written
• Strong experience in reading, writing and analyzing
specification documents
• Create, document and execute unit testing
• Respond to issues raised during test review
• Verify program integrity against system specifications and standards
• Solid demonstrated proficiency using standard desktop
applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as VISIO
• Familiar with MS-Project and reporting project status
