POSITION OVERVIEW: The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for the analysis and development of a data warehouse to be utilized by clients to create custom reports, creating ETL processes for updating the data warehouse, and creating basic reports for clients to use as a starting point for their customized version of the report. This position will also be responsible for creating the dashboards to display KPIs that have been provided to them. The position is not responsible for identifying those KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications
Individuals proposed by Vendor shall have the minimum qualifications specified below:
Five (5) years within the last six (6) years of experience as a Test Analyst who has successfully applied proven, repeatable, best in the industry software applications test practices and methodologies. Emphasis on manual testing skills, but exposure to automated test tools noted.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in directing software testing.
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 standards for quality management systems.
Minimum five (5) years within the last six (6) years of testing experience with a complex database application containing over one hundred (100) tables that interfaced to legacy systems, supported at least 2,000 concurrent users, and serviced multiple components.
Minimum five (5) years experience within the last six (6) with object-oriented analysis and design practices and test methods.
Minimum five (5) years experience within the last six (6) with Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET 2005/2008 environment.
The following mandatory minimum qualifications, which will be validated through the evaluation process (e.g., submittal of resumes, and reference validation and interviews, if applicable):
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work well in a team in collaboration with developers, customers, project managers, and requirements analysts
