Job Description

 

 

LAMP Admin/Developer

• Administer a LAMP 3rd-party application used internally
• Perform installations, backups, monitoring
• Implement replication of codebase, DB, content files
• Perform performance tuning for the application, MySQL tuning, etc.
• Manage source files in our source file version control system
• Develop solutions to integrate this application with a separate J2EE application
• Fix bugs, assist user with issues
• Document system and application configurations

Requirements:

• 5+ year Linux sys admin/web development skills
• Strong PHP knowledge
• Solid Apache knowledge
• Extensive MySQL knowledge, including performance tuning and replication knowledge
• Pluses: Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, AJAX
