Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Rate: Negotiable
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of and/or previous experience in change management
• An understanding of IT infrastructure and application development processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain change control standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with Windows, LINUX, SQL, Mainframe, CA Service Desk, CA Endevor, CCCHarvest, JCL, JCLPrep, TSO/ISPF and Lotus Notes databases.
• A self-starter who identifies and seeks resolution to recognized change management issues.
• Effective communicator with good communication & negotiation skills.
• Commitment to providing quality service to customers while maintaining a high-level of customer trust and confidence.
• Ability to perform a variety of duties simultaneously while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience providing application support in a multi-platform environment to a large customer base
• Familiarity with ITIL and/or Change Management best practices
Responsibilities:
• Review Change Management records for accuracy
• Develop and maintain change control standards and procedures
• Work with change control products
