Ø  Thorough hands-on skills on Pega needed (there are frequent requests to make code changes to improve performance)

Ø  The application is on PRPC 5.5 SP1 version

Ø  The Onshore profiles should be knowledgeable enough to communicate with Business, translate requirements to offshore, deliver on time on budget to business

Ø  Should have managed Transition at onsite and established stead state support in a onsite – offshore model
