Ability to troubleshoot problems associated with WebSphere Message Broker
Ability to train/mentor Junior Staff members
Ability to document current environment
Communication and Organizational Skills
Decision Analysis Capabilities
Highly Self-Driven and Self-Motivated
Strong in use of Lotus Notes Email and databases
