Successful candidate MUST HAVE PHARMA SKURA EXPERIENCE & CONTENT COORDINATION SKILLS Experience:
· working with and supporting Pharma sales and marketing with multiple content providers;
· coordinating hands on content assembly with technical teams (internal & vendors)
· working with regulated systems and process driven marketing solutions
· Project Management, Content and Workflow experience.
· Hands on end-on-end experience defining content, applying metadata, publishing to multiple channels (e.g. CRM and websites), and reporting & analysis Strong attention to detail; and
· ability to monitor content for accuracy and integrity
· STRONG Project and Team Management Skills
· EXCELLENT written & oral communication skills
1. Manage development and deployment activities for SFX content releases
· Manage content deployment schedule and share with stakeholders
· Ensure development resource coverage for scheduled content updates
· Communicate status of development and deployment tasks with stakeholders
· Facilitate unit testing of content updates received from agency, and work with agency to correct any found discrepancies
· Facilitate QA of content update functionality and UAT review of content with brand team, and work with agency to correct any found discrepancies
· Coordinate deployment and timing of SFX content releases to:
o BI sales force
o Inventive (Contract Sales Organization)
o TMS - call center (BI Connect)
2. Manage development and deployment activities for SFX enhancements and version upgrades
· Manage SFX enhancement timeline and share with stakeholders
· Ensure development/infrastructure/ATC resource coverage for scheduled SFX enhancement
· Communicate project status with stakeholders
· Provide support and feedback for User Requirement development with CommCRM
· Create Functional Specification
· Ensure System Specification and Application Design Specification are written by development resources
· Support development and infrastructure resource tasks
· Provide product knowledge and support to technical training vendor (Eagle)
· Facilitate unit testing of SFX enhancement updates delivery by agency, and work with agency to correct any found discrepancies
· Coordinate access to SFX QA environment for ATC, UAT, and training resources
· Support ATC and UAT resources during testing phase of project, and work with agency/IT to correct any found discrepancies
· Coordinate deployment of SFX enhancement release to BI sales force
· Provide support to BI Help Desk and BI Connect for any technology related post-launch end user questions that come in.
3. BI IT subject matter expert for SFX
· IT representative for all SFX initiatives
· Provide technical evaluation and recommendations for requested functionality and feature updates
· Maintain SFX Content Update Process document
Develop and maintain processes for new SFX scenarios (example: sending of SFX content updates to TMS)
