Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will provide leadership in a collaborative team environment. The individual will provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal developers and external consultants. He/she will analyze system requirements and architect software solutions. The role will lead complex software projects as well as establish procedures for software application design, development, testing and documentation. The individual will also provide applications and utilities to enhance production performance.
Must be able to work confidently with all levels of management and provide documentation for audit and regulatory compliance. Looking for someone who thinks quickly and works to resolve problems. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5+ years of banking experience, preferably lockbox experience.
