Job title: Remedy Developer/Administrator

Location: Houston, TX. 

Duration: 6+Months

 

 Qualified candidates must have 5-7 years of the following experience:

·         BMC's Remedy ITSM 7.5 Suite

·         BMC Analytics for Business Service Management

·         Ability to apply patches and install upgrades independently

·         Diagnose and resolve system faults and performance problems

·         Application documentation and testing experience.

Responsibilities/Scope of Work:

·         Design, develop, upgrade, and test large and complex BMC Remedy server environment and Remedy applications

·         Ensure current BMC Remedy environment is functioning at optimal level

·         Package and schedule BMC Remedy enhancement releases including appropriate BMC Remedy patches.

·         Must be able to work in a team environment
