I have an immediate need of an Oracle Identity and Access Management Analyst for my client in Memphis, TN.

This position is responsible for defining, developing and implementing Identity Management and User Provisioning solutions for the global enterprise. Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining the current Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) implementation, gathering and documenting new business requirements, developing technical specifications for new Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, assisting in the configuration and deployment of new OIM connectors and workflows and cross-training IAM administrators on new processes and procedures.
Key Customers: All International Paper employees; Contractors, Business Partners and Vendors requiring International Paper system access globally.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 -7 years general technical experience including some experience with one/more of the following: Identity and Access Management tools, SAP, Enterprise Portals, Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, or
Siteminder.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Security experience.
- Prior experience (minimum 2 years) on IAM with at least one project life cycle experience on Oracle Identity Manager.
- In depth knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager and Microsoft Active Directory
- Hands on experience customizing OIM connectors and adapters.
- Support technologies like Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, Oracle Database and SQL.
- Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans.
- Experience deploying systems in a regulated environment.
- Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi task and pay close attention to detail .
- Strong logic and problem solving skills .
- Broad knowledge of designing and verifying unit and integration testing.
- Prior experience interfacing with customers and peer process development groups.
- Enterprise level production support experience for a global organization is required.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshoot complex environmental and performance issues, conducting load testing and gathering performance statistics.
- Knowledge of security best practices, IAM technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Preferred experience with Oracle Virtual Directory and Oracle Role Manager.
Programming skills preferred. (Java, J2EE, JSP, AJAX).
Strong knowledge of CA Siteminder is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience troubleshooting difficult performance issues, conducting load testing, gathering performance statistics.
Ability to define and develop process flows based on customer requirements and create functional specifications based on business systems and industry requirements.
Oracle Weblogic administration experience.
Application Security experience, including role based security and monitoring is preferred.
Educational Requirements and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
