MS Exchange Engineer

We seek a person with strong skill sets in designing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft Exchange 2010 infrastructure. Experience in migrating GroupWise Email services to MS Exchange is highly desired.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years experience designing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Exchange /2007 servers.
- 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, and managing an enterprise level Microsoft Exchange/Messaging environment of 10,000+ users is a must.
- Extensive working experience with Microsoft Active Directory 2003
- Leads system design activities or reviews system designs to assure that MS Exchange deployment solutions will exhibit expected levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate usability and reliability upon deployment.
- Knowledge of server hardware and SAN storage to support MS Exchange
- Experience in migrating GroupWise email service to MS Exchange using the Quest Groupwise Migrator product or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with the most senior levels of internal staff, management and clients
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good project management skills
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment
- Ability to work after hours and flex their schedule as many of the server migrations will be done during after business hours.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience administering Microsoft Exchange 2007 in a cluster environment
- Knowledge of VMWare server virtualiztion and management.
- Experience managing, maintaining, and administering a deployment of Blackberry Enterprise Server.
- Experience with SMS/MOM/SCCM/SCOM
- Experience with Windows 2003 / Windows 2008 Server Operating system
- Knowledge on HP Blade chassis/ servers deployment and management
- Powershell Scripting experience
