Java - FLEX 4.0 (Flashbuilder 4) DEVELOPER SPECIALIST NEEDED
 
I am looking more specifically for a Flex developer who has strong experience in custom Flash, interacting with images, and custom drawing and special effects. Writing and creating custom Flash components in Flex
Interacting with images
Custom drawing or effects in Flex.
NOT so much the charts, graphs, and standard Flex components.
Required, Recent Experience:
J2EE Development background.
Ability to write code (without looking it up) in MXML and Actionscript 3.
Strong experience in PureMVC OR Cairngorm micro-architecture.
Confident, thoughtful communication skills.
Strong User Interface level coding experience
Javascript, CSS, DHTML coding experience.
Duties
Mentoring other Java Developers in Flex.
Analysis and coding, heavy team interaction.
Strong Mathematical Ability
Providing ideas and consultative advice and creating and coding without constant management.
Efficient coding skills, awareness of timelines, ability to accurately understand loose specifications
