{Ajax-DOT-NET-FAQ} Urgent need of RF Planning Engineer in TX, CO, DC, AZ, NV for 6 Months

Title: RF Planning Engineer 
Location: Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Washington DC, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 6 Months

The RF Planning Engineer will be required to independently perform RF
network design and optimization activities during network rollout phase in
cooperation with other parties such as site acquisition, implementation,
backhaul design, and network integration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform link budget analysis, understand and utilize design criteria
including coverage and traffic analysis
• Ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive
testing data for model tuning and calibration
• Perform nominal and detailed RF design, including site selection and site
acquisition support
• Perform technical site survey
• Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for
different technologies
• Perform site build verification and acceptance
• Create site data-fills to support site integration
• Undertake network optimization and performance improvement tasks to
achieve predefined key performance indicators (KPI)
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,
Telecommunications, or Computer Science desired
• Two years work experience in RF network design and optimization
• LTE technology understanding and know-how
