Duration: 3 Months

Position Skills Requirement:
• A passion for learning new business processes, an understanding of
services based model and an appreciation for the role of IT Team player with
the ability to collaborate with GES business team and IT
• A strong functional and technical knowledge of the Share Point platform
2008
• Familiarity with the features of Share Point 2010
• Working knowledge of relational database and database design
• Familiarity with the Project Management Framework and SDLC methodology
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and business relationship management
function
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:
• Ensuring accelerated achievement of the mid to long term business-IT
alignment objectives
• Work as a Share Point SME to identify opportunities to leverage the share
point capabilities to further the collaboration objectives
• Leverage the capabilities of the enterprise SharePoint template to enhance
the engineering community website to meet critical needs and expand the same
to include the
• Energy Group Provide Content Management support and create/ modify
deliverables such as procedural documents, functional and technical design
documentation
• Support the documentation of the community web site as well as any related
work instructions as required
• Work closely with the team to document the requirements and facilitate the
design of an analytics tool for project bench marking and reporting.
• Provide valuable insight and inputs in the preparation of business case
for justification of projects for 2011
