Job description:

1.Using customer's specification format and templates, this individual will be responsible for writing specifications and

   requirements.

2.CRM configuration activities which may include creating new fields and creating workflows.

3.Developing test plans including test scenarios and test scripts, using customer's templates.  This individual will be

   involved with system, regression, and user acceptance testing.

4.Creation of training documentation and user guides.

5.Documenting process flows and validating them with users and subject matter experts.

6.Supporting and facilitating data conversion, including validation of data.

7.Post Go Live Support of CRMOD Opportunities, including identifying bug fixes and enhancements and  creating 

   respective specifications for development, testing, and deployment, of these fixes and enhancements.

 

Desired Skills and Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.

2. At least three years experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements,

    including documentation of CRM business processes, and assessing how application of CRM best practices

    and leading CRM applications (Oracle CRM On Demand, Salesforce.com, Oracle Siebel, etc).

3. 3+ years of Technical Design and Analysis in Oracle CRM On Demand; as well as in depth knowledge of Oracle CRM On Demand applications and demonstrated experience implementing Oracle CRM On Demand solutions.

4. 3+ years experience as a customer interfacing Consultant within a software environment.

5. Strong time management and organizational skills.

6. Good communications skills both oral and written
