Position: SAP HR + Benefits Functional Knowledge

Duration:4 Months

Location: Hershey, PA

 

Description:

·         HR Benefits configuration, Experienced in atleast couple of full life-cycle of Benefits rollouts of SAP HR.

·         Work closely with Business and Vendor  to understand business processes and requirements.

·         Layout Functional Specification, Creation of Test Scripts, Testing.

·         Create business rules for Benefits Administration.

·         Create Open Enrollment and Benefit administration for retirees, including survivor information.

·         Configuration of wage types for Benefits Integration to Payroll

·         HR Benefits functional knowledge is a MUST
