Qualifications
Requires 4+ years experience developing and/or leading performance issues on projects, such as:
System performance monitoring, tuning and reporting
Software tool performance monitoring, tuning and reporting
Preparation of software tuning recommendations
Two or more of the following technical skills 
Performance Center Load Runner 9 – Vugen, LR Analysis
Shell, Perl scripting
AIX 5.2 and above
Solaris 10
C/C++
Java
Websphere 6.1 (Application Server and Portal)
SOA and web services on zLinux platform
Oracle db performance analysis
Proficient with Monitoring tools
Vmstat, Netstat, Iostat, NMON, ESAR
Sitescope
Websphere - Tivoli ITCAM, Foglight  GC analysis tools
Bachelor’s degree
