Position : Change Control Coordinator

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Rate: Negotiable

 

Qualifications:

·         Working knowledge of and/or previous experience in change management

·         An understanding of IT infrastructure and application development processes.

·         Ability to develop and maintain change control standards and procedures.

·         Familiarity with, CA Service Desk, CA Endevor, CCCHarvest.

·         A self-starter who identifies and seeks resolution to recognized change management issues.

·         Effective communicator with good communication & negotiation skills.

·         Commitment to providing quality service to customers while maintaining a high-level of customer trust and confidence.

·         Ability to perform a variety of duties simultaneously while prioritizing to meet deadlines.

·         Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·         Familiarity with ITIL and/or Change Management best practices   

Responsibilities:

·         Administer, monitor, and maintain Change Management policies, procedures and systems.

·         Apply Company and ITIL Change Management standards to ensure the stability, reliability and availability of corporate computer systems.

·         Competent in the administration of the Code Management and Problem Management infrastructure to include installation, setup, maintenance and routine support and administration for our clients.

·         Assist in development of policies and procedures for Change Management, Code Management and Problem Management, based on ITIL standards and Company Risk Management policy across a diverse multi-platform environment.

·         Provide technical and administrative expertise in the development, modification, design and set-up of Change Management tools.

·         Evaluate and resolve Change Management infrastructure issues.

·         Provide detailed analysis of all change records before a change is implemented.

·         Support several business units on multiple concurrent project assignments.
