Experience:
• Prior experience with IT Service Management tools (eg. ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, etc…)
• 5-10 years experience in Business Analysis on Fortune 100 large projects
• Prior IT operations and management experience with insurance/financial industry background

Skills Required  
1. ITIL:
• ITIL certification ideally to ITIL v2 or v3 level or equivalent
• Strong ITSM skills base, with a minimum of 3 –5 yrs. specialization in Configuration & Change Management

2. Business Analysis:
• Proven ability to understanding and fully apply processes and methodologies
• Experience developing requirements on a minimum of 3 CMDB projects
• Experience in Leading Business Analyst work streams (and where necessary leading teams of Business Analysts)
• Experience in definition of project content from project initiation through to execution and embedding, both IT and non-IT related
• Experience of both business and IT focused projects and programs

Skills Desired   - SDLC methodology (CMM, RUP, ITIL)
- Experience in Microsoft productivity tools including SharePoint,
- Experience in Financial Services
