Job Title :  .Net/Oracle Technical Lead
Location : Arlington ,VA.
Duration : 6 Month Contract to Hire


Required Skills :
Technical Lead-Oracle/.Net
Overall IT Experience: 10+ yrs
Relevant Experience: 3+ yrs (Project Lead experience)

Responsibilities & Experience
Responsible for segments or phases  of project
Accurately employs development tools.
Technology Exp: Oracle, .Net, UML, MS Project and Business Objects, candidates must have strong technical knowledge of the mentioned technologies.
Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans
Maintains and updates project plan on weekly basis
Assists project manager with project management activities
Leads overall development and other phases of SDLC
Reports risks and issues to Project Manager
Approves architectural design, functional and technical specifications
Responsible for source code deployment in production environment
Defines coding and development standards
Provide technical direction to development team
Direct and coordinate activities of development team
Applies knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Develop source code, if necessary
Responsible for all project deliverables
Prior experience of leading a team at least 5 programmers
Bachelors or Masters degree
Presents excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
