Job Description

Ø  At Least 5 years of experience leading a team size of 10 - 15+ Testing resources (Onsite and Offshore) Strong project management and organizational skills Provide leadership, coordination and accountability for all stages of testing.
Ø  Must have experience Leading Conversion, Functional and Interface Testing.
Ø  Knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 Clearly communicate status and metrics around testing efforts Manage risks around the test efforts Knowledge of Agile methodology
Ø  Strong knowledge of database environments – Oracle Experience with writing complex SQL queries Coordinate User Acceptance testing.
Ø  Strong problem solving and analytic skills Document and Execute test plans in HP Quality Center
