Job Title : Peoplesoft Architect/Developer
Location :Nashville , TN
Duration : 3 Month Contract To Hire

The Senior Peoplesoft Architect will be responsible for designing, building and testing PeopleSoft CRM solutions and mentoring other developers.

Required Skills :
Experience leading enterprise wide development projects
7+ years of experience in development and architecting of Peoplesoft solutions including: Peoplesoft CRM version 8.x, process scheduler, application engine, field service module, web services and messaging, integration broker and MS SQL 2005
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong mentoring and people development skills
Experience with defining and project scope for assigned tasks
Ability to document business requirements
Strong understanding of technical concepts as it relates to Peoplesoft and development with ability to translate those to clients
Provides technical advice and hands-on assistance to developers, IT Staff and users
Experience with project planning and design reviews
Strong architecting skills with ability to translate requirements to technical solutions
Ability to work with others throughout the organization
