JobTitle: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Mclean, Va
Duration : 6+ Month Contract
 
Sr. Business Analyst candidate is needed to support the business area with the implementation of an Accounting Sub-Ledger in support of the IFP initiative.  Main responsibilities include:
Produce Change Management deliverables across business areas
Providing communication of status and issues between the business areas and the project management team
               
Deliverables:
Change Management documentation by business area
Requirements
User acceptance test plans
Test data requirements and plans
Business implementation plans
Post deployment validation plans
Provide testing and deployment coordination
Escalate issues for business areas

Required skills:
Sr. Business Analyst with 5 – 7 years of experience
Extensive and proven experience writing requirements, test plans, etc.
Ability to test system functionality, troubleshoot and recognize system problems
Specific application knowledge in PeopleSoft General Ledger or Oracle eBiz General Ledger, at least 3 – 5 years
Strong attention to detail, time management, troubleshooting, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Freddie Mac's Change Management methodologies (SDLC/AM-CP)
Previous secondary mortgage market experience desired.
PeopleSoft Implementation/Upgrade experience.
