Client is looking for Sr. Oracle DBA with Financial expereince. Location is New Jersey. Duration is 6 months. Face to face required so locals preferred.

 

 

Required Skills: 

Senior Oracle database administrator with expert knowledge of Oracle 9i/10G/11G in SUN SOLARIS. Knowledge of IBM AIX and RedHat Linux
environments a plus.

Knowledge of Oracle 11G a plus.

Knowledge of Sybase and MSSQL a plus.

Candidate must be proficient with Oracle DataGuard, Oracle Enterprise Manager/10G Grid Control, ASM, and RMAN, with an in-depth knowledge of Oracle utilities. Strong performance and tuning skills with the ability to analyze and tune application stored procedures are required. The candidate should possess strong Korn shell
scripting skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; database installation, administration, backup and recovery, and capacity planning.

Knowledge of Autosys a plus.
