MySQL
Unix Environment
Object Oriented Programming Experience
Heavy Backend Programming
Candidate who can take control of the Software from Start to Finish (Build, Manage, the whole way through, etc.)
 
Plus:
Perl Scripting (STRONG plus)
Networking (Basic Knowledge)
