Need a consultant Immeidaltey Very Urgent Need !!

Job Title : Technical Writer
Location : Troy, MI
Duration : 1 Year Contract
Rate : $30/hr on C2C.



Required Skills :
First hand knowledge of ISO and ITIL policies and procedures
Experience with facilitating discussions and documenting operational support models, process and policy models and procedures
Experience with complex diagrams in Visio
Documenting use case models
Experience with facilitating discussions and documenting test plans/scripts
Must have extensive experience with writing technical documents and managing the collection and organization of technical project materials
Good people skills (ability to work with and communicate to all levels of the organization)
Strong organizational skills
Good attitude
Fast learner
Self starter
Excellent writing skills
Ability to elicit and process information in a cooperative manner  
Ability to work with cross functional and dynamic teams
Knowledgeable of Lotus Notes
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
Experience with facilitating discussions and documenting high level architecture, detailed technical designs build specifications
Must have good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Adaptable and flexible to changes
Team player and works well with others
Familiarity with system life cycle a plus .
