Position  : Silver light Consultant
Location : Milwaukee, WI (Locals or nearby only)
Duration : 6+ Months
Rate      : Open

F2F Interview required.

Duties:
§ Work within a team of software engineers to investigate, prototype, and design user experience solutions for varied data sets and user types.      

Responsibilities include:
§ Analyze data with respect to different user types and then develop presentation concepts.
§ Create prototypes as proofs-of-concept and to demonstrate various GUI and workflow solutions. Collaborate with a team of UX specialists (internal and/or external) to realize concepts.     

Qualifications:
§ Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, HCI, or a closely related discipline.
§ Minimum of 5 years experience in software design and implementation, with an emphasis on user interface/experience solutions.
§ Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment with internal and/or external design teams.
§ Skilled in Silver light development and proficient in user experience design and development tools such as Expression Studio (including Sketch Flow).
§ Candidates must be local and available for on-site interviews.
