Location: NJ, TX, FL Multiple
* Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirements and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP * Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible * Configure SAP system settings according to M-DCPS business requirements and document all configuration * Execute and develop Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing scripts * Create test data for test scripts * Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team * Write functional specifications for FRICE-W development objects * Write and/or assist in development of BPPs and other training material * Coordinate testing of payroll development objects including interface testing with existing legacy systems and third party vendors * Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation * Report delays and risks to team leads * Assist in identifying data to be cleansed * Adhere to ERP PMO project standards * Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures * Build solutions in Time according to M-DCPS business requirements
* SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience * Minimum of four years SAP HR/Time configuration experience * Experience with SAP Concurrent Employment strongly preferred * Experience with K-12 or other Public Sector implementation required * Experience in configuring CATS Data entry profiles * Strong experience in writing conversion functional specifications for time balances * Able to configure SAP Time Groupings, Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Attendance/Absence Types and Quotas * Experience in configuring Time Wage types, attendance/absence counting and rounding rules * Experience in writing Time evaluation schema functions, rules and operations * Experience in configuring Time Statement * Strong ability and experience with writing detailed time functional and technical specifications * ABAP skills a plus * Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus * Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively * Must be able to participate in a team environment
