Position:  WebSphere Portal Admin

Location: Columbus, IN

Duration: 6 Months

Level-3 Support

Rate: DOE

 

Job Description:

1.       Ability to define the architecture and interfaces with other systems and integration with third-party applications such as Search Engine, Reporting, Content Management, ERP, CRM etc.

2.       Strong Working knowledge in Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, UML and Design Patterns

3.       3-6 yrs experience of technology application deployments.

4.       experience in WebSphere Portal product suite.

5.       Strong design and development skills in WebSphere Portal 5.x and above *

6.       Strong experience in Administration and Maintenance of WAS and Portal Server Clusters (vertical, horizontal) and deployment of applications in highly available, load balanced production environments.

7.       Experience with fundamental Portal navigation and usability techniques

8.       Experience with Portal architectures, functional components, interfaces, and processes

9.       Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
