Oracle Apps Techno functional (OKS/AR/GL)
Responsible for the support and maintenance of Platts’ critical Oracle 11i ERP solution. This role requires the expertise necessary to maximize application uptime, respond to support requests in a timely and efficient manner and to deliver improvements and enhancements as requested by business users. The <position title> is also expected to analyze and document requirements and perform QA as required The <position title> requires extensive knowledge of the 11i application, Oracle, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports and Forms. The <position title> must be able to work successfully with users on a daily basis.
- Support Oracle 11i application
- Perform Oracle 11i financial close
- Support Oracle 11i users and resolve their issues
- Create and maintain functional design specifications, and test plans
- Ensure Customer business needs are met
- Perform Sarbanes Oxley testing
- Work with Oracle support by logging TAR's
- Create new SQL statements to retrieve data from Oracle based on the needs of the business request
- Create PL\SQL procedures, reports and forms per business needs
