Job Title: Business Systems Analyst  with Health and ICD-10 or ICD-9 exp
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 12+ month contract

Job Description:
This is a full time Technical support analyst position to support a variety of financial applications at Vanderbilt Medical Center.  The successful candidate will be experienced in a wide variety of technologies and a wide variety of healthcare applications.  This role enables the candidate to use the newest tool sets as well as support legacy applications. Working well in a team environment and proven customer relationship skills are required.

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:
2 years experience in Healthcare
Experience in application support
Problem solving in a complex environment
Experience in data analysis, SQL or Oracle
Experience in Microsoft tools – SQL, SharePoint
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle applications, EDI transactions, interfaces
Business Analyst and Project management skills
Experience in document management

Key Functions and Expected Performances:
24 x 7 support of enterprise critical applications
Vendor interaction
End User interaction
Unit and integrated testing using automated testing tools
Analysis and Programming of enhancements to vendor modules
Assist end users in problem solving
