Solution configured or customized to requirements
Salesforce certification is mandatory
VisualForce, Apex, Web Services, Configuration, Eclipse, Testing, Documentation + Informatica, SSO, Encryption a plus
At least 5+ years in Salesforce as a techno-functional analyst
