Job Requirements, Skills, Experience:
BS in Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent experience
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology
5 or more years in hands on development in a .Net environment.
5 or more years in browser-based solutions
5 or more years in Visual Studio and/or Team Foundation Server
Working experience in a SQL Server based database backend environment, preferably developing data services
Quick starter who requires minimal supervision and who can produce results rapidly. It is expected that this individual is a fast learner of new technologies

Job Description :
The Information Technology Systems Development Division is seeking two experienced Senior Application Developers. These positions are responsible for designing and developing C# .Net applications in a modern Microsoft WCF and browser-based environment, in support of Vtechnology plans & roadmaps as well as projects requiring custom developed solutions. The positions will work very closely with other Development team members to understand the environment quickly and take ownership of predefined tasks that need to be delivered. They will also work directly with matrixed project teams and business customers to elicit requirements and work through the SDLC phases to deliver quality product in a timely manner
The successful contractors will have a strong background in C# .Net, Visual Studio 2010, and some experience with either Windows Foundation Services (WCF) or SharePoint 2007 or 2010. The contractors must also demonstrate good organizational skills, high level of integrity, time management, and both verbal & written communication. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively interact with a technical staff as well as business customers are key requirements.
