Job title: Cognos Consultant

Duration: 6+Months

Location: Columbus,Ohio

 

Telephonic followed by face to face

 

Need Senior consultants with valid refernces

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Design data models for Analytical projects

• Design and develop data models and ETL using Informatica and other ETL tools

• Create/build proto-type models and end user visual components using Cognos

• Work closely with the Business Analysts and business leaders to promote the usage of Cognos System to its full capacity.

 

Critical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

 

• Expert level knowledge in Cognos 8 Report Studio and Portal

• Experience designing executive level dashboards and scorecards

• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL programming

• Experience modeling data warehouse facts and dimensions

• Experience working in a predictive analytics project would be plus

• IBM SPSS experience is a plus

• Demand Forecasting experience is plus

• Manufacturing and supply chain experience is a plus
