dUARATION: 6 MONTHS+

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

EDWExperience in developing, and executing test cases, test status and test result documents are required.
Experience in testing many multi-layer data warehouse on Unix, Windows and Teradata systems.


Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
* Strong expertise testing data warehouses
* Experience in logical and physical database design
* Strong expertise with Oracle10g, and Teradata V2R62.2, ETL Development Tools like Infomatica v8.1.1 SP2 and OLAP analysis
* Knowledge of key data warehousing processes
* Experience in generating test script based on BRD and FSD
* Write and present high quality test deliverables, reports, and other documents for internal and/or external audiences
* Working knowledge of SQL, Unix and Perl
* Data quality analysis experience
* Ability to read the log files to identify issues/errors in scripts
* Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
* Experience in working with developers and project's team members
* Experience working with Test Director or Quality Center
* Experience in writing well described step by step defects
* Experience in providing test status
* Understanding of projects development life cycle and SDLC
* Clear writing and communication skills
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently or as a team member
 
Preferred
* Wireless Industry knowledge desirable
* Quick Test Professional (QTP)or Automation skills
