Spring  (must)
Hibernate (Must)

 

JBOSS  (Must)
Maven  (Must)
Development experience on the WebSphere Application Server platform. (Must)
Experience developing portlets using Spring Portlet MVC framework, WebSphere Portal OR JSR 168 standard (huge PLUS).
