Required Skills :

Client has a large number of implementations this fall for major customers and really needs additional support.
• Must be Genesys-certified engineer
• Expert in Genesys Framework, GVP, (Lucent) ClientCare, SIP, and GAD technologies.
• Responsibilities associated with engineering for telephone network operations.
