Primary Skills: Business Analyst with Health insurance background / understanding of terminology and Mainframe experience., Mainframe (TSO, CICS, DB2, SPUFFI),Agent Licensing/Commission experience

 

Other Information:

Business Analyst with Health insurance background / understanding of terminology and Mainframe experience.

 

Skills Required: Requirements gathering experience in  an Information Technology environment.

Ability to estimate, plan, organize and coordinate execution of activities with multiple parties.

Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities concurrently.

Communicates effectively, both orally and written to management, technology team and business.

Competent at analyzing complex problems and facilitating efforts to identify solution.

Strong coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation skills (Highly Desired).  

Demonstrates high attention to detail.

Track record of delivering results on time and within budget.

Develops good working relationships with business partners / sponsors (Highly Desired).

History of success working in a variety of application and business areas (Highly Desired).

Health insurance background / understanding of terminology.                      

Agent  Licensing/Commission experience(Highly Desired).

Experience implementing published business documents for consumer.

Mainframe (TSO, CICS, DB2, SPUFFI)
