Responsibilities

1. Headhunt candidates over phone, mail and other sources.
2. Sourcing through Job boards, networking sites etc..
3. Generate a quality database of candidates across various skills.
4. Actively search for potential candidates from targeted IT Company

    

Job Description

1.    Should be responsible for end to end recruitments i.e. sourcing to Joining.
2.    Complete responsibility and accountability of requirements from clients.
3     Should be able to understand client requirements completely
4.    Scan the market and map for available skills.

5.   Should be aggressive and good team player

6.   Should have exceptionally good communication skills

7.   Should have awareness about every technology in the market.

8.   Only candidates willing to work in night shifts need to apply.

 

Skill Set Required:

 

1. Prior proven experience in handling more volume of requirements per day .

2. Should be aggressive and good team player.

3. Must have experience in recruiting.

4. Should have exceptionally good communication skills

5. Should have awareness about every technology in the market.
