Hi,
Client is looking for a J2EE Web Services Software Engineer. This is a 3-6 months contract in Cupertino, CA. Face to Face is required so locals preferred.
Qualifications:
* BSCS or BSEE required; MSCS preferred
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development in a Unix/Linux applications environment
* Experience developing enterprise class server-side applications and web based applications in a J2EE environment
* Experience with J2EE,JSP , database abstraction layers, configuration management tools
* Experience with JSP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential. Knowledge of JQuery is preferable.
* Experience with network programming, including sockets, TCP/IP, UDP and related networking protocols.
* Experience with Web Services and related protocols. (HTTP, WebDev, XML, XLST, SOAP)
* Strong object oriented design and development skills
* Multi-threading application development using Java
* Proficient in Java, XML, and scripting languages
* Able to work in fast pace, high performance development environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
