Basically, I need a VERY qualified, composed individual that will be leading a large team of developers. This candidate will need to have exceptional communication and documentation skills. 
10-12 years asp.net development/architect experience
Sharepoint 2007 experience
AJAX experience
Telerox 2008-2009 --- UI control Product
Financial Industry Experience
Project management
In charge of the design of a new financial banking application.
Senior level, will be leading 100  developers taking requirements from BA's, PM's and end clients
Global cash management application
Will be moving from Legacy to new platform
Working on front-end via Sharepoint platform
