{Ajax-DOT-NET-FAQ} (Job) Functional QA Tester – Rockville, Maryland--Local please

Hi,

 

This is for my direct client opening for a Functional QA Tester – Rockville, Maryland. This is a 3 month's contract position with probable extension. The Hourly rate is DOE.

 

Required Skills:

 

- The must-have skill set is XML, SQL, and UNIX and/or Perl scripting 

- Candidate must have general automation scripting (no particular toolset) MUST be able to write scripts in unix/perl/sql and xml.

- Looking for a strong senior tester who has been the primary tester on a project and had to do multiple tasks (testing, automated script development, coordination with other test teams).   They will have to be cooperative and organized as we have a small team that will be going full-speed for these 12 weeks.  JAVA EXPERIENCE OR SOME OTHER SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT LANGUAGE IS NECESSARY SO THAT THEY CAN WRITE AND EXECUTE THE AUTOMATION SCRIPTS.
