We have an Immediate opening for our client who is looking for a Business Process Support Analyst at California
Job Description as follows:
Role: Business Process Support Analyst
Duration: 6 + Months Contract
Location: California
Start Date: Immediate
Skills Required:
- Supporting, operating, maintaining and enhancing business applications and interfaces within the Make & Deliver process stream with specific focus on MARC - Warehousing system (Version 10,0)
- Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Resolve support incidents / issues and fix interface failures
- Set and achieve SLAs with the business
- Gain detailed understanding of the applications environment
- Investigate and correct reported anomalies in application o Adhere to / enforce change control processes o Identify & resolve root causes of issues.
- Taking ownership of problems and see them through to conclusion.
- Assist end-users in use of business applications
- Assist end-users understand and interpret the information available within the business applications
- Being available to work in a shift environment 24x7 to support the business.
- Ensure new projects / initiatives address any support ramifications
Must have Good communication and client facing skills
