Job Title : Sr.Oracle DBA
Location : Austin,TX
Duration : 6+ Month Contract
Experience with Stored Procedures
Experience monitoring and maintaining databases
Installation of database software and with analyzing, designing, and implementing databases
Designing and maintaining database structures
Establishing and implementing necessary database security controls Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems design of computer operations, systems, and procedures; of computer programming languages; of data processing flowcharting techniques; of database structures and theories; of current database technologies; and of data analysis techniques.
Preferences:
Experience with Shareplex, BI Publisher and Oracle optimizer is preferred
Experience of managing multiple RDBMS on large systems, working in a team that delivers a high availability service and practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service is preferred
Experience of other database systems, preferably SQL Server, practical experience in managing the internal and external MS SQL database security is preferred
