1.       6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE

2.        Very good hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, ExtJS, JQuery, Dojo, Tomcat

3.       Exerience on JMS, Restful WebServices, JUnit, Maven, Hudson, SVN

4.       Strong communication skills and should be able to work independently
