Position: SAN Storage Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI  (Local Candidates Only)
Duration:  6+ months

Description
The SAN Storage Area Network Engineer position focuses on two main areas – Support for the data backup/recovery and storage resource management. Administer and support SAN fabrics, EMC and/or Net Apps and disk arrays. Expand your skills in backup infrastructure, NetBackup and  Enterprise Data Storage.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
Completion of Associates degree in MIS, CS, Technical Certification and / or 4 - 6 years of increasingly responsible professional experience.
Systems Administration experience
Requires basic knowledge of networking components and services such as TCP/IP protocols, DHCP and DNS technologies, and LAN/WAN topologies and transports

Requires basic knowledge of SAN technologies, NAS technologies.
Requires knowledge of storage and backup technologies employed; hardware, and related tools and applications
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong customer service orientation
Desired - Experience with EMC , NetApp or other storage vendors is helpful
